Photo project: Say NO to gender-based violence!

We were really happy to do the creative part for this project - the make up and photography. This photo shoot and campaign against gender-based and domestic violence was made as part of the Youth Exchange "Fashioned 4 Equilibrium: Empower Women for the Future" that Association PEL organised in Krusevo, Macedonia, from 22nd to 29th April 2014.

Eyelook inspired by L'Oreal's color infaillible/indefectible eyeshadows in 021 Sahara Treasure & 006 All Night Blue. The other crucial products used to create this look are Gel Intenza Eyeliner 01 pure black by L'Oreal, Manhattan 2 in 1 Concealer & Fixing Powder in 20 soft nude, Max Factor excess volume mascara, AVON lipstick in Matte Peach and Max Factor bronzing powder.

Gold Goddess

The main focus for this look is the golden eyeshadow.
Lately, I've been loving this Color Infaillible eyeshadow in 021 Sahara Treasure by L'Oreal.
There is a eyeshadow duo from Avon that is perfect for this combination, the True Colour mod gold. The darker colour is taken from this duo and added to this look. The eyeliner is thin but longer than usual. It's the Gel Intenza Eyeliner in 01 Pure Black by L'Oreal which I bought not long ago and I've been calling it my new best friend.Next are the lips, neutral but with peachy tint, brought by the Avon Matte Peach lipstick which is perfection and my love at the moment.

Preparing for prom!

For today's blog post, we have an absolutely gorgeous guest, her name is Moni and she is finishing high school at the moment. So, we wanted to create a prom makeup look that she can wear to her special night.

Blue and Smokey Makeup Tutorial.

This is the first time I hear my voice in a video, so please excuse me if I don't sound good. I'm still coming out of my shell. (shy face)

The video is finally up, I loved creating this look and I am very pleased of how it came out.

Loving AVON, I created an all AVON look. Used the eye primer, True Colour Eyeshadow Quad in Glow Teal, Ultra Colour Matte Peach lipstick, Super Extend liquid eyeliner in black, the perfect and favorite MEGA effects mascara and finished everything with the setting spray.  Very easy and very affordable!

> For our first official collaboration, Sara found a way to get us on the top of one of the tallest buildings in the center of out city, with the most perfect view.. it was the best place for our first photoshoot.
Sara had the perfect location and I got the perfect face. Our model Kate was amazing. Patient and calm, she stood still till the end of our makeup session.
-The makeup was inspired by her beauty.-

I started with the L'OREAL lumi magique base pure light primer, then I used the True Match foundation. Next, the MANHATTAN 2 in 1 concealer & fixing powder made her skin flawless. Her cheekbones were defined with the Deborah blusher [12 cacao] and then I added some blush to her cheeks with my favorite Lancome blush. I prepared her eyelids for the eyeshadow with the AVON eyeshadow primer in light beige. I really like that one, its creamy and neutral. Next, the most interesting part, the eyes. I used the AVON True Colour eyeshadow quad in Savage Beauty. The colours really complement her eyes. With my favorite AVON super shock gel eyeliner, I gave more definition to her eyes. With the Max Factor excess volume mascara, I finished her eye makeup. Her brows needed more definition, so I used the GOSH smokey eyes palette [02 brown] for that. Then everything was set into place with the MANHATTAN soft mat loose powder [natural 1]. For her lips, I decided for the combination of the AVON mystery mauve lip liner and the perfection of a lipstick, the Avon Ultra Color Absolute Radiant Raisin (aaah love). For that long lasting feeling, everything was fixed with the AVON setting spray.

7. Set the concealer with powder - MANHATTAN soft compact powder natural look [naturelle 1]
8. Define your cheekbones - Deborah blusher [12 cacao]
9. Define your eyebrows - GOSH smokey eyes palette [4/02 brown]
10. Prepare your eyelids - AVON eye shadow base [light beige]
11.  Lighten up your brow bone - GOSH smokey eyes palette [1/02 brown]
12. Set everything and you are done! - MANHATTAN soft mat loose powder [natural 1]
